LJ is just like a website or blog. Non-LJ people can access it just fine when I link them to the journal. I've previously done that, too. LJ per se is pretty dead. Not many people left, but I'll share it on Twitter, Facebook, INstagram etc. so I expect that will drive some traffic. :)
