Green Tea Time~

Hn~ I´ve just bought a proper tea set ^-^
It was not so cheap, but well .... (all in all about 40€, must be a little more than 40 $ I think O___o;; ....)

Preview:

I´ve taken some photos. Unfortunately they did not turn out too well :( ... but just so you can imagine how it looks like ^^
It´s a Japanese set. The bottom plate is made out of cast iron <3 I think that´s what makes it so expensive o.O~

So~ what sort of tea do I like most ? Hn, all sorts of fruit tea <3
Especially strawberry and all red fruits ^^ On the other hand I do not like herbal tea that much >_>;;

But I´m totally into green tea these days !!!!!~
My favourites are:
[x] Shogun (green tea from Ceylon and Indonesia flavoured with raspberry, rhubarb and vanilla ~ with apple pieces in it ^^)
[x] Natsu Kaori [it´s Japanese and means: summer aroma] ~ (it´s really mild, green tea from India, Japan and Ceylon flavoured with strawberry and vanilla ~ with strawberry pieces in it)
[x] China Wuyuan Jasmin (from China, province Jiangxi)
[x] Japanese Sencha (I like this tea especially when eating sushi <3)

I would like to try Japanese Gyokuro soon, but that´s pretty expensive. Anyone tried it out already ?

The tea set is beautiful- especially the little cup and saucer. Just lovely. Doesn't it feel good to sip tea from something so pretty? :)

The Japanese "summer aroma" one sounds wonderful. I tend to like spice teas, orange teas, and red teas best. Unless I want a creamy sweet treat, then I need a very strong black tea.

Mmmm... tea....

Thank you :) Yes indeed, the tea tastes even better with this set *gg* And you can enjoy the whole 'ceremony' ;) more !~

Well, it depends. If I´m eating something very sweet or spicy I prefer a mild tea or a tea without any aroma. But when I drink tea alone it has to have a stronger taste and smell, too. <3

I am still trying out a lot of stuff ~ to find the tea sorts I like the most ^^

I LOVE the glass teapot! So pretty! I have a glass bodum one a bit like it but with a metal filter.

Yeah, first of all something like this looks better and it´s more handy <3 My glass teapot has a gold filter - I forgot to mention this ^^;;
Bodum stuff is pretty good I think. Mine is from Janaer ~> http://www.theteahaus.com/Accessories/jenaerteapots.htm

Gyokuro is awesome! If you like Sencha, you'll like Gyokuro. It's very strong though.
