I would definitely say your camera lens is on the inside dirty! I had the same problem with my old canon camera. Although that's because I changed the lenses every now and then. So of course dust and things would come in. I wouldn't have expected that with a new camera. Anyway I bought cleaning things that involved liquids. The camera people said I shouldn't have done that. It's much better to just squirt those air blower things inside(and maybe occasionally service the camera with pros) otherwise you might scratch and damage the lens.
