The "safe" cleaning tool really made a big difference! Still, there's no excuse for it being like that right out of the box. Maybe you can get Pentax to pay for the cleaning kit you bought.

Still waiting for mine... Actually, the tracking number the shop gave me is wrong, so I gotta go there today after work and get them to give me the correct one. *sigh*
