I guess you are with castles as I am with gardens. I never tire of them.
I like to see old houses, but one or 2 in each country is enough to get an idea of how people lived there at a certain time.
I love Nara. It is usually not very crowded, which makes it agreeable. I have been there both in spring and fall. Just need to beat back the deer...
