What about confronting her face to face? Maybe she'll get the idea with you in your pj's and earplugs in telling her to please be quiet, explaining that you have an early class in the morning and your boss has been giving you a hard time about being late etc. etc. Just be as nice as possible so she feels like the completely horrible person that she is.

And if that doesnt' work, do the police here accept noise complaints?
