It's around 4am now.

I can barely see what I'm writing here. I feel dizzy and horrible.
The BIATCH is at it again and it's louder and more horrible than ever before! I really tried to sleep, I tried. I tried to cover my already plugged ears with whatever I could find - in vain.
Their volume level is just beyond everything you can think of.

And now I'm sure she/they is/are doing it ON PURPOSE!!!
Right now there are at least 5 people over there (girls and boys) ..... and when I was banging against the wall I realized they were laughing at it/me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is soooooooo horrible! I feel like crying!
I wanna leave this horrible apartment RIGHT NOW!!!

I mailed the daughter of my boss, that I can't take it any longer and that they either find a way to make her move out or I'll move out (which would be unfair, because why should I have to suffer?!) ...........

Anyway I feel horrible, tired, angry, sick, helpless.
Why is that happening to me? Why are you COMPLETELY ruining my Japan experience, bitch?

I sooooooooooooooooooooo want to sleep, but there is just no freaking way in hell for me to do so right now!
If I were iin Germany, I just would stop by a friends' place and sleep there for the night.

Sie ist Studentin und scheint NIE zu schlafen! Sogar ihre Uni wurde schon über ihre Eskapaden informiert!!!! Umso schlimmer, dass sie überhaupt nicht darauf reagiert! Sie scheint keinerlei Konsequenzen zu fürchten.
Vielleicht denkt sie sich auch: "Scheiß Ausländerin (sie weiß sicher, dass ich diejenige bin, die sich beschwert hat), wenn dir das nicht passt, geh in dein eigenes Land zurück!" .... wer weiß..

Well she probably only will tell me that her father is going to complain again, but seriously that's not going to solve ANYTHING! I want a solution RIGHT NOW!!! I can't wait any longer, my body won't hold on for much longer, too.

if that situation is keeping going or meanwhile is resolving try to see a medic to prescribe something to sleep and not give her the satisfaction to see you agitated or disturbed , and you finally have a good repose

I really hope she will get evicted. Tell them that they laughed at you when you banged on the wall. I wanna go there and tie her up and put her in a room filled with inhuman noise, which make her go crazy and feel what you have felt when she played high music. *sigh*

How shocking that Japanese laws are so lenient with matters like this. She would have been evicted by now had it been in any other country, I think.

wah! She still haven't let you off right. DUH! Plus she's purposely being inconsiderate, 'unhuman'. I guess bad things will only result since she likes to kill people's peace and sleep is really important. Is she human after all for not sleeping? And even if she sleeps during the day, does she not know how she is like making hell for others to sleep? omg, if I were in your place I would already have lost it!!! Hope all goes fine for you. Wish you all the best and sometimes having people like them make life really Horrible. I think the only thing that needs to be done is that she does not deserve to live there.

Ouch how annoying can a person get?! I wish you could come stay over at my place but sadly I don't live in Japan right now XDDD Too bad I'm not there studying right now, eh? But seriously, she's the one who needs to move out. Aren't there any rules in the apartment complex where you live, like curfews and a deadline when to be quiet etc, or don't they have such things over there?

This is really horrible!! The Landlord won't do anything about it?! Seriously, can't the Landlord kick that girl out? What about the neighbor on the other side of the girl? Is she complaining too? It's really horrible that no one is doing anything about it................

I hope you can find a new place to live... I know that if it were me, I'd totally not want my experience in Japan to be ruined by one idiotic person... seriously, what an idiot!

What an annoying idiot! Hopefully the landlord will kick her out soon because of the number of complaints. I'm sure there are others who are just as upset and sleep-deprived over her rude late-night parties. Hang in there!

What about confronting her face to face? Maybe she'll get the idea with you in your pj's and earplugs in telling her to please be quiet, explaining that you have an early class in the morning and your boss has been giving you a hard time about being late etc. etc. Just be as nice as possible so she feels like the completely horrible person that she is.

And if that doesnt' work, do the police here accept noise complaints?
