I can feel you!!! But you're much luckier than me having a job you like doing. Maybe you just feel strained because you travel a LOT leaving you no time for other things. Maybe you can try to travel less and just rest and watch dramas, like you said. Give yourself a break from traveling if you can. You've been to almost everywhere in Japan!
