I suffer from knee (or rather, bone problems) myself, but as you might know those are partly self-inflicted plus both my mother and grandmother suffer from arthritis. Exercise is always good, although running/jogging is a bit harsh towards the knees as it puts the joints under a lot of mechanical stress. Strength training is really good, not to mention swimming. Also, if it's very serious you should probably consider having that operation. My mother is just now waiting for a knee operation, the pain is almost killing her (although she still works), so I can't wait until she gets it. Japanese medics are pretty professional after what I've heard, but maybe I've gotten the wrong impression?!

What gorgeous photos you've (once again!) taken! I love the ones of the river and the plum blossoms :) I so wish we had those here, and spring would come soon but here it's now snow AND rain, and no sign of spring coming anytime soon *sigh* T_____T

Good luck on your knee! *hugs* :)
