Hi!

I promised to catch up. 2 weekends ago the weather was great, so I was out and about again.
On Saturday, October 16th, I decided to walk along the Osterseen (Easter Lakes) near Lake Starnberg.

I didn't go hiking because it was snowing down to 1000m on Wednesday so even the lowest peaks were snow-covered and I simply don't have the equipment for that ...



This has been on my list for quite a while, but rather for the winter months ... but oh well. :)
Isn't the mirror effect simply beautiful?



The Easter Lakes are several smaller lakes next to each other plus a few more lakes with a different name. The entire area is really beautiful with views onto at least one lake at almost all times.



Look at the colors!



Not sure how well you can see the blue in the water, it was a bit hard to capture.



All in all it was a very, very long roundtrip and huge parts of it were rather boring.
I don't recommend doing this all alone like I did .... if you have somebody to talk to it would be much nicer and less boring! ;)



Lovely autumn colors, though.



Quite muddy these days, though. You always need to clean your shoes thoroughly afterwards....



And back where I began the trip. :)
