[Tutorial]: How to use HJSplit
Hi,

because a lot of people were asking me HOW to use HJ Split, I thought I might as well make a tutorial for it so that I don´t have to explain it again and again XD

So here we go:

1) Download HJSplit from (for example) HERE!

2) After downloading you´ll have s.th. called "hjsplit.exe"

3) Double click it.

4) The program will open and you´ll see something like that:

5) Click on the "Join" button and you´ll see something like that:

6) Hit the "input file" button.

7) only .avi.001-files will show up so you can´t do anything wrong ! Choose the file you want to join and then click on the "start" button:

8) After joining you´ll have a WHOLE avi-file ! Click on it and it should play just fine !
If you get a "buffering" then one of the parts might not have been downloaded completely !!! Check the parts again and download the "incomplete" part again.

P.S.: If you want to upload huge files, you can use the program the other way round as well.
Just do the same thing as before, but hit the "Split"-button - instead of the "Join"-button !!!!
You´ll be ask how large each file should be ! I usually choose s.th. between 100 and 250MB ... it depends also on the host I´ll upload it to :)

That´s all. Hope this helps :)

Thank you so much for this tutorial! It helped quite a lot ^_^V
Just a quick question-does the HJSplit automatically adds the subbs file? If not, how do you add the subbs to the files?
SORRY if I'm bothering you...

Thanks for the tutorial either way! You saved my life w/ this~

If it's hardsubbed the subs are already within the file. for softsubs, just make sure that the softsubs and the videofile are in the same folder and have the same name.
