[J Food]: Bento #4+5!~♪
Huhu~

At the weekend for my part-time job I´ve made 2 bentos again :)
Because I didn´t have much time before leaving, it´s nothing special though.

Bento #4:

Upper left tier: 3 triangle-shaped onigiri, filled with turkey hen (Putenwurst) and wrapped with nori
Lower left tier: Maultaschen (Swabian pockets) sliced into small long pieces
Upper right tier: sliced carrots, red paprika and cucumber
Lower right tier: one more Maultasche + 2 inarizushi

.. and yes it was too much to eat for me XDDDD *lol*

Everything ready and packed. Using Tupperware until I´ll buy new bento boxes ^^;

Bento #5:

Upper left tier: Colored, boiled egg + spring roll, sliced into 2 pieces
Lower left tier: Sliced carrots and cucumber, triangle-shaped onigiri, wrapped with nori
Right tier: almond biscuits, haribo
Plus: egg-shaped salt cellar ^^V

And everything packed and ready again XD (and yes I´ve used cold bags or whatever "Kühlakku"´s called in English XD ... the second time I used too much, so the food was too cold. Well, I´m still learning anyway, nee? ^^;;;

Oh and I´ve started a small Bento Gallery (^-^;)

That´s all for today.
Bye buuu~

OH MY. These looks yummy! Your onigiri is perfectly shaped. How long have you spent on these bentos? I'm going to learn how to make an onigiri one day. XDD~

Thank you ^^
Well, I suck at making cute onigiri shapes, that´s why I use a special mold for them ^^; ... it makes things easier.
Hmm, good question. I think actually DOING s.th. didn´t take so long .. perhaps 20 minutes. But you have to prepare the rice (which have to lay still in the water for half an hour), cook the Swabian pockets or the spring rolls in my case (if you don´t have leftovers from the day before) etc. ^^
But what I did was really something quick, I didn´t have much time back then ^^;;;

O___O I heard that you need to use special rice called Pearl rice to make onigiri or sushi right? Haha I see. But it's still good. I bet I'll take 2 hours to make a simple bento. o(n__n)o

Well, yeah. The best rice to use for onigiri is sushi rice, it´s not expensive (at leat not here where I live, I have no idea what´s the deal in other countries ^^;)
Err, no I don´t think you´ll need 2 hours unless you want to make an uber-cute and artistic bento ^^;
Well usually you can use left-overs for your bento, but the thing is I usually don´t have any leftovers from dinner ;o; ..... *headdesk* XD I should eat less in the evening I guess? XD
